Burleigh Home-Space Burleigh Waters Engaged for an extensive centre repositioning strategy of the majority of the centre, entailing anchoring the southern wing and updating the tenancy mix with major National Companies transforming it into a busy 7 day trading centre.	Oracle Boulevard Retail Broadbeach Lead Project Leasing role for world class mixed use development on behalf of the developers and subsequently the receivers and managers appointed during GFC. Delivered an eclectic ground floor tenancy mix of National Tenants and hatted restaurants during challenging economic climate.


Chevron Renaissance Retail Precinct Surfers Paradise Project leased anchor tenant Coles Supermarket and 50 specialty shops	Phoenician Retail & Dining Precinct Broadbeach Project leased 25 street front shops/restaurants. Stage 2 Strata titled and sold 25 shops.


Boonooroo Park Shopping Centre Carrara Project leased this neighbourhood centre for the original developer. Came back in 2017, completing a full refurbishment and re-leasing of the project.	Upper Coomera Village Shopping Centre Identified the site for a shopping centre, sold to a developer , assisted design of the centre then project leased. Sold to an investor. Complete management leasing to date.


BP KFC Service Centre Oxenford Developer engaged us to secure service station and fast-food drive thru tenants. Leased and completed in record time. AFP Headquarters Cairns North Queensland Commissioned by the Commonwealth of Australia to secure suitable sites firstly for their K9 facilities and then head office requirements for North Queensland. Gold Coast and Cairns K9 facilities completed after securing land, leases put in place, constructed and then sold the assets. Completed 2500m2 Office Building for the Cairns head office for the Australia Federal Police. Land purchase, lease and construction all handled by Retail Direct and development partners.
